- Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we will call/WhatsApp you to confirm. Fake orders will be cancelled.
- Cash on Delivery: We offer COD all over Pakistan. Please keep exact change ready for the rider.
- Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Delays can happen due to weather or courier issues.
- Product Images: We try to show exact product photos. Slight color difference can happen due to camera/lighting.
- Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We can change prices anytime without notice.
- Customer Misuse: Any abuse, threats, or fake claims towards our staff or riders will result in order cancellation and permanent ban.
- Disputes: For any issue, contact us on WhatsApp first. We will solve it within 3 working days.
