Our Refund and Return Policy

  1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory: Please make a video while opening your parcel in front of the delivery rider. If the product is damaged, wrong, or missing, show it clearly in the video.
  2. No Video = No Claim: If you do not make an unboxing video, we will not accept any return or replacement claim. Rider leaving means you accepted the parcel in good condition.
  3. Contact Within 3 Days: If there is an issue, send us the unboxing video on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the product for free.
  4. For Cash on Delivery orders: Please check your parcel before paying the rider. Once payment is done and rider leaves without a video, we cannot offer refund or replacement.
  5. Return shipping cost will be paid by us only if the mistake is proven in the unboxing video and is from our side.
